Principal’s Message

Dear Students, Parents, and Members of the Nand English High School Community,

It is with great pride and honor that I welcome you to Nand English High School, a legacy that began in 1993 under the visionary leadership of the late Mr. N.K. Roy. Our institution, originally named Nand Shiksha Sadan, was founded with the noble mission of fostering education and empowering young minds to lead fulfilling lives. Although Mr. Roy’s untimely passing in 1997 was a profound loss, his dream continues to inspire us every day.

Over the years, we have evolved into Nand English High School, staying true to our founder’s principles of academic excellence, inclusivity, and moral integrity. As the principal since his passing, I have been privileged to carry forward his vision and work with a dedicated team of educators to provide a nurturing and stimulating environment for our students.

Our school remains committed to equipping students with not only academic knowledge but also the values and skills needed to navigate life’s challenges with confidence, compassion, and resilience. With a focus on holistic development, we encourage our students to excel in academics, participate actively in extracurricular pursuits, and embrace community service.

As we honor the legacy of our founder, we also look to the future with a spirit of innovation and progress. Together, as a community, we strive to shape responsible global citizens who are prepared to make meaningful contributions to society.
