Principal’s Message
Dear Students, Parents, and Members of the Nand English High School Community,
It is with great pride and honor that I welcome you to Nand English High School, an institution rooted in a rich legacy that began in 1993 under the visionary leadership of the late Mr. N. K. Roy. Originally founded as Nand Shiksha Sadan, the school was established with the noble mission of empowering young minds through quality education. Though his untimely passing in 1997 was a profound loss, his dream continues to guide us every day.
Over the years, our institution has evolved while remaining deeply committed to the principles of academic excellence, inclusivity, and moral integrity. As the Principal, I have been privileged to carry forward this vision with the support of a dedicated team of educators who strive to create a nurturing, disciplined, and intellectually stimulating environment.
At Nand English High School, we focus on holistic development— nurturing not only academic achievement but also character, confidence, compassion, and resilience. We encourage our students to participate actively in extracurricular activities, develop leadership qualities, and contribute positively to society.
As we honor the legacy of our founder, we also embrace the future with innovation and progress. Together, as a united school community, we continue to shape responsible global citizens prepared to make meaningful contributions to the world.
